Site Pickr Privacy Notice

This notice describes the private client workspace. It should be read with the commercial engagement terms agreed with the client.
What Site Pickr collects
Site Pickr may store the authorised user's business profile, candidate-site details, uploaded business evidence, extracted facts, review decisions, analysis runs, and generated reports. Access-security events are recorded without retaining the user's raw network address.
Purpose
Information is used only to provide the named client's site-selection review, operate and secure the workspace, investigate errors, generate requested reports, and meet agreed retention or legal obligations.
Do not upload
Do not upload consumer personal data, employee records, identity documents, payment-card or bank details, passwords, health information, biometric data, children's data, or files unrelated to the site decision.
Storage and access
Client workspaces are isolated by client identifier and access controls. Authorised Site Pickr operators may access evidence only for support, quality control, security, or the agreed analysis. Data is not sold or used for unrelated advertising.
Retention
Client profiles, evidence, and analysis runs are automatically eligible for deletion after the configured retention period, normally 30 days unless the engagement specifies another period. Limited security records may be retained longer where reasonably required for incident investigation or legal compliance.
Deletion and correction
An authorised user can request immediate workspace deletion through the Client Profile control inside Site Pickr or through the engagement owner. Deletion removes stored profiles, evidence, and analysis runs for that dedicated workspace; backups or legally required security records may expire separately.
External research
Site Pickr may send location and market queries - not uploaded client files - to configured research providers. Public mapping tiles and public-data services may receive standard technical request information when their content is loaded.
Your choices
You may decline to upload optional evidence, ask for correction, stop using the service, or request deletion. Withdrawing evidence may reduce the confidence or availability of a verdict.
