Site Pickr Terms of Use

Effective: 21 June 2026

These terms do not replace a signed proposal, statement of work, confidentiality agreement, or other commercial contract. If they conflict, the signed agreement controls.

Authorised use

Site Pickr is for authorised adult business users evaluating candidate retail or outlet locations for the named client. Access codes must not be shared outside the authorised review team.

Decision-support limitation

Site Pickr provides directional screening and evidence organisation. It is not an exact revenue forecast, valuation, investment recommendation, legal opinion, lease approval, title verification, regulatory clearance, engineering review, tax advice, or substitute for field, finance, legal, operational, and management diligence.

Evidence responsibility

Users must verify that uploaded evidence is accurate, current, lawfully shared, relevant to the selected location, and free of prohibited personal or confidential data. Proxy, benchmark, inferred, simulated, and unavailable signals must not be represented as observed facts.

Verdict release

A recommendation may be released only after the reviewer checks evidence provenance, open caveats, business assumptions, lease and access evidence, and required management actions. Site Pickr does not authorise capital commitment.

Availability

The service may depend on public data and third-party research services. Results may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or revised. The private workspace withholds substitute research when live evidence is unavailable.

Confidentiality and security

Users must protect access credentials, use approved devices, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access. Downloaded reports and evidence remain the client's responsibility after download.

Acceptable use

Do not probe security, bypass access controls, upload malware, use Site Pickr for unlawful discrimination, or submit personal data unrelated to the commercial site decision.

Suspension and deletion

Access may be suspended to protect client information, investigate misuse, comply with law, or end the service. Authorised users may request deletion under the Privacy Notice.

Contact

Questions should be directed to the Site Pickr engagement owner identified in the invitation or commercial correspondence.
